Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 teaspoon butter
  2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 onions finely chopped
  4. 1 tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1/2 - 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2-3 tbsp water
  10. 2 pav
  11. 2 teaspoon butter to roast pav
  12. 2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  13. 1 teaspoon grated cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. MELT BUTTER IN A PAN
  2. ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE UNTIL RAW AROMA GOES AWAY
  4. ADD CAPSICUM AND SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  5. ADD TOMATOES AND COOK UNTIL TENDER
  6. ADD PAV BHAJI MASALA, SALT AND CHILLI POWDER. MIX WELL. ADD LITTLE WATER TO COOK MASALAS
  7. USING MASHER, MASH THE VEGGIES WELL
  8. SCRAPE MASALA TO SIDE OF PAN. ADS BUTTER AT CENTRE
  9. SLIT PAV IN HALVES
  10. ROAST PAV UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  11. FLIP PAV AND ROAST, ADD MASALA TO PAV
  12. ADD REMAINING MASALA ON TOP OF PAV
  13. GARNISH WITH LITTLE GRATED CHEESE ( OPTIONAL) AND CORIANDER LEAVES. SERVE HOT
