Beetroot and Carrot Cutlets

Ingredients to make Beetroot and Carrot Cutlets

  • Boiled potato 4
  • Beatroot 2
  • carrot 1
  • Bread crumbs as needed
  • Mixture of cornflour and water
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • red chilli powder as per your taste
  • salt
  • Groundnuts roasted
  • Garam masala
  • bread 4 slices

How to make Beetroot and Carrot Cutlets

  1. Mash potato and combine grated beetroot and carrot.
  2. Add all masala and ground nuts.
  3. Then make the shapes and dip it in cornflour water paste.
  4. Then roll it on breadcrumbs.
  5. Keep it in freezer for atleast 3 hrs to set if you do so they will set and breadcrumbs will not fall in oil that much.
  6. Deep fry it and serve with taramind chutney.
