- 1 yellow Zucchini, sliced
- 1 Eggplant (Japanese), sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced

My Tip:Slice vegetables uniformly (about 1/8 inches). Also use slices (vegetables) of similar diameter so that it is easy to layer them.
