Ingredients to make Hamburger

  • 500g Minced Beef
  • 4 Bacon strips
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Sesame seed buns
  • 4 Green Lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Hamburger

  1. Preheat the grill on medium heat.
  2. In a pan, add oil and saute onions for 5 mins until its soft.
  3. Mix vinegar, mayonnaise in a bowl and then add beef, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked onions to the beef mixture and make 4 patties.
  5. Add oil to the grill rack. Grill the buns, patties and bacons strips.
  6. Arrange the buns on a serving plate, place the lettuce leaves, then place the grilled beef patty. Top it with bacon strips and some extra worcestershire sauce.
  7. Serve hot with french fries or potato chips on the side.
