Coconut is an important fruit and an integral part of all traditional Indian rituals. Here I bring for all of you an easy and yummy treat that is prepared during the festival of Ganesha Chaturthi.In India hardly any festivals are celebrated with coconut.there are mant varieties of coconut sweets

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 tbsp ghee Ghee
  2. Suji one fourth cup
  3. 200 ML MILK
  4. Half cup white chocolate
  5. 2 tablespoon sugar
  6. 1 cup coconut powder
  7. 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  8. 2 drops orange colour
  9. 2 drops green colour
  10. Silver foil
  11. 1 tbsp almond flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat pan and add ghee
  2. Chop white choclate
  3. Take suji and add in it
  4. Stir continuously and roast it
  5. When it turns in pink colour add milk
  6. And sugar
  7. Add choclate and turn of gas
  8. Stir it and Let it melt
  9. Now put again on gas
  10. And add coconut powder
  11. And vanilla essence
  12. Stir till thickens
  13. Transfer it in plate and let it cool
  14. Now devide it in 3 parts
  15. Add green colour in one part
  16. Add orange colour in 2 nd part
  17. And remain as it is third part
  18. First take green part and spread it on on flat surface
  19. Shape it in rectangle
  20. Then take white part and set it upon green
  21. Lastly add orange part and top it upon white
  22. All you can spread with your fingers
  23. Cut in desired shape
  24. Add silver foil and garnish with almonds
  25. After cutting in fancy shape make laddu with remaining mix
