  1. Chopped cucumber 2 cup
  2. Chopped onion 1 cup
  3. Chopped curry leaves 2 string
  4. Chopped green chillies 2
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  8. Rice flour 2 cup
  9. Cooking oil 1/4 tsp
  10. Dry coconut chopped 1/4 cup
  11. Tomato chopped 1
  12. Capsicum chopped 1 small sized
  13. Salt to taste for chutney
  14. Jeera 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. GRATED CUCUMBER, CHOPPED ONION, CURRY LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI
  2. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, SALT AND JEERA
  3. ADD RICE FLOUR AND MIX WELL
  4. DOUGH SHOULD BE SMOOTH
  5. MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS AND KEEP READY
  6. TAKE A DOUGH BALL, COVER THE ROTI PAPERS, PRESS GENTLY
  7. REMOVE THE SHEET
  8. GREASE HOT TAWA AND COOK
  9. REMOVE THE SHEET, SPRINKLE SOME OIL
  10. FLIP AND COOK BOTH THE SIDES EVENLY IN MEDIUM FLAME
  11. AFTER WELL COOK REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT WITH CHUTNEY
  12. CHOPPED DRY COCONUT 1/4 CUP, CAPSICUM 1, TOMATO 1
  13. ADD SALT TO TASTE, JEERA 1/4 TSP AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  14. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
