Ingredients to make Paleo Avacado Brownies

  • Almond Meal -2 cups
  • Dark chocolate chips -1/2 cup
  • Avacado Flesh - 1/ 2 cup (Very ripe,but not brown)
  • Coconut Sugar / Maple Syrup -1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder -1/4 cup
  • Eggs -2
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt -1/4 tsp
  • For ganache
  • Dark chocolate chips -1/2 cup
  • Coocnut Oil -1 tbsp
  • Thick Coconut milk -1/4 cup

How to make Paleo Avacado Brownies

  1. *Preheat the oven at 180 ° C .Melt the chocolate chips in Double boiler OR in a microwave safe bowl.Let it cool and keep it aside.
  2. In a Blender add the Almond meal,Salt,Egg,Cocoa Powder,Vanilla Extract,Coocnut sugar,Avacoda Flesh, and Melted chocolate chips.Blend it everything to a smooth paste.Pour into greased square Pan.Bake it for 20 mins .
  3. Once done let it be cool down.
  4. For Ganache : Melt the chocolate chips ,coconut oil in a double boiler.Then add the thick coconut milk and mix it well.Pour the ganache over the brownies
  5. Let it be sit in fridge for an hour until the ganache will be set.Then cut and serve the slices.

such a different recipe..using avocados in brownies..i am not sure..do they taste good?
