About Shiro Recipe

Shiro is very famous gujrati dish.its very healthy. goodness of ghee, dry fruits...very tasty sweet...sometime we add batrisu vasanu...that mean 32 types of vasana ( jadibuti) then its has a medical value..

Shiro

Ingredients to make Shiro

  • 1 cup wheat flour (Gehu ka aata mota pisa hua)
  • 1 cup desi ghee
  • 3 cup water + 1 cup gur powder
  • Dry grapes, almond chopped

How to make Shiro

  1. Take one kadai heat on the gas. Add ghee and wheat flour mix and stir it till its becomes light brown in colour.
  2. Take one more kadai and add water and gur &boil it.
  3. Now add boiled gur waters in brown wheat flour. Add grapes,Stir it fast.
  4. When flour leaves ghee. Add cardamom powder and add chopped almond. Its ready.
