Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Brinjal 500 gram
  2. onions 2
  3. Garlic cloves 4...5
  4. Tomatoes 4 piece
  5. Green chillies 2..3
  6. Oil 3 tablespoons
  7. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoons
  8. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  9. Salt 2 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1/4 , teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Grease some drops of oil on brinjals skin
  2. Roast on flame till skin changes colour
  3. Now remove the skin
  4. Mashed the pulp
  5. Put a pan on medium heat
  6. Add oil
  7. Add cumin seeds
  8. Add finely chopped garlic and onion
  9. Fry well
  10. Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies
  11. Add salt
  12. Add all the spices
  13. Fry well
  14. Now add mashed brinjal pulp
  15. Fry well
  16. Turn off the Flame
  17. Garnish with green coriander leaves
