Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Full Cream Milk 2 litre
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup or according to taste
  4. 1/2 cup pistachios
  5. 2..3 green cardamom

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes
  2. Put a heavy bottom pot on medium heat
  3. Place milk in it
  4. Add soaked rice in milk
  5. Turn the flame at slow
  6. Keep stirring
  7. When rice are soft mash them
  8. When it becomes thick add sugar
  9. Turn off the flame
  10. Add chopped pistachios and crushed cardamom seeds
  11. Serve hot in winters and chilled in summer
