ABOUT Kiwi Pannacotta RECIPE

Panna cotta (Italian for "cooked cream") is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded. The cream may be aromatized with coffee, vanilla, or other flavorings.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cold milk 80ml
  2. Geletin 10gram
  3. Sugar 115gram
  4. Vanilla essence 4ml
  5. heavy cream 200ml
  6. Chopped fresh kiwi 15gram
  7. Kiwi crush 1tsp

Instructions

  1. measure all the ingredients as per the recipe
  2. soak the gelatin into the 80ml cold milk so that it starts to bloom
  3. take the pan and start boiling the heavy cream
  4. after completing the first boiling add the sugar and mix well
  5. remove the pan from the flame and add the bloomed gelatin
  6. now bring the pain above the flame and add vanilla essence, chopped fresh kiwi and kiwi crush
  7. stir it for 4 minutes and remove it from the flame
  8. now pour it into the desired mould and refrigerate it
  9. refrigerate till it sets completely
  10. garnish it as per your requirements and serve it cold but do not freeze it
