Orange Aspic with greens & Sprouts

Ingredients to make Orange Aspic with greens & Sprouts

  • 1 packet - Orange jelly + 1 tsp - Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup - chopped cabbage
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped mint leaves.
  • 2 tsp - capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 - capsicum sliced finely
  • 1 cup - mixed Lentil sprouts steamed
  • 1 - cucumber chopped fine
  • 1 - carrots sliced finely
  • 1 - tomato sliced finely

How to make Orange Aspic with greens & Sprouts

  1. Follow the instructions on the packet and prepare the jelly.
  2. Take 1/4 cup of water and dissolve 1 tsp of gelatin in it. Add this to the above made jelly mixture.
  3. Add chopped mint leaves, cabbage and capsicum. Pour this in a mould and leave it to set in the fridge.
  4. Steam the sprouts for 3 minutes. Take a salad tray and un-mould the prepared aspic jelly on it.
  5. Arrange sprouts, green beans aesthetically around the aspic jelly. I placed sprouts in the center.
