it is a traditional Eid recipe in every Muslim family is a mouth watering and flavorful starter that is made in every Muslim home of North India specially in Uttar Pradesh made with mutton liver and marinated in simple spices

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mutton liver 500gms
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  4. Raw papaya paste 1tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  8. Vinegar 1tbsp
  9. Roasted jeera powder 1/2tsp
  10. Mustard oil 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl and make the marinade
  2. Add mutton liver in this masala
  3. Marinate for 15 minutes
  4. Heat oil in a wok
  5. When hot add marinated mutton liver
  6. Cook covered on low flame for 15minutes
  7. Then open and dry the liver on high heat
  8. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves for garnish
