  1. Boneless chicken
  2. Green chilli paste
  3. Salt
  4. Cumin pwdr
  5. Redchilli pwdr
  6. Oil
  7. Red chilly sauce
  8. Green chilli sauce
  9. Tomato sauce
  10. Sugar
  11. Shezwan sauce
  12. Mainda
  13. Cournflour
  14. Egg
  15. Oil
  16. Chop garlic
  17. Spring onion
  18. Capsicum
  19. Coriander leaves chop

Instructions

  1. Cut boneless chicken into tikka pcs
  2. Add green chilli paste salt cumin powdr, red chilli powder and marinade for 2 hrs
  3. Before half n hour of frying add all tyoes of sauce 1tspn, sugar mainda , cornflour, egg
  4. Then deep fry
  5. Take a bowl add all type of sauce,red clr,cumin powder,salt,sugar
  6. Take a pan add oil, chop garlic,spring onion white pArt,capsicum,bowl of all mixture, cornflour n water mixture
  7. Make a thick sauce, add soring onion n coriander leaves chopp
  8. Take 2-3spn of dis gravy n mix chicken in it.. n serve it like chicken in a plate n gravy like a dip
