Ingredients to make Savoury Potato Macarons

  • Potatoes - 4
  • Egg - 1
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for greasing
  • Tomato ketchup to garnish

How to make Savoury Potato Macarons

  1. Boil potatoes and mash them well.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients to make a sticky paste.
  3. Now pre heat oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and with you hands place the dumplings one by one.
  5. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for about 25 minutes.
  6. Remove, cool and garnish with ketchup dots.
