Potato Roll

Ingredients to make Potato Roll

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 tsp besan
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 100 gms paneer
  • 100 gms cheese

How to make Potato Roll

  1. Peel, grate and wash potatoes. Keep in a strainer to remove excess water.
  2. Finely chop onions, green chillies and tomatoes.
  3. Add some oil to a pan and let it heat up.
  4. In the potatoes add besan, salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of haldi and mix well.
  5. On the pan put this mixer and pat it to give it a shape of roti. Roast it, flip and roast from both the sides.
  6. In bowl put onions, green chilli, tomatoes and salt. Mix it and put this mixer on one side of the roll and then put paneer, a pinch of chat masala and cheese on it. Fold from the other side and keep in pan till the cheese melts.
  7. Remove from pan and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
