Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach....1 bunch, chop leaves finely
  2. Fenugreek leaves. ...1/2 bunch,, chop leaves finely
  3. Besan or rice flour....1 table spoon
  4. Jhakhia....1/2 tea spoon
  5. Cumin seed....1/2 tea spoon
  6. Ginger and green chillies paste....1 tea spoon
  7. Turmeric powder....1/4 tea spoon
  8. Whole red chilly...2
  9. Salt...to taste
  10. Desi ghee or mustard oil...1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add whole red chillies, shakha, cumin seed, ginger and green chillies paste, salt, turmeric powder, let it cool for 1 minute
  2. Now add either rice flour or besan and roast till brown In Colour
  3. Now add green leaves, finely chopped and 2 cups of water and let it cook
  4. Your tasty sabji is ready to consume it with chapati, even tastes better with pahadi chawal, which is mota one
  5. Enjoy Paalak ka Kaapa
