ABOUT Dry fruits chuema ladoo RECIPE

This Rajasthani cusine. It can be stored for long. It contains wheat flour ,ghee, jaggery and and some dry fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Grated jaggery 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee 1 cup
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Almonds 5-6
  6. Resin 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1. Take the wheat flour in the bowl and add 2 tbsp ghee.
  2. 2. Mix it very well as it becomes crumbly.
  3. 3. Knead the dough using milk and keep for testing for 10 min.
  4. 4. Now make the balls of dough and bake it.
  5. 5. After baking the baati break them into pieces and grind them coarsely.
  6. 6. Take the coarsely ground baati in bowl and add grated jaggery , almonds, resins and mix well using your hand.
  7. 7. Then add ghee into it and mix well and now it can be bind.
  8. 8. Take a small portion of it and make a ladoo of churma .
  9. 9. Serve it
