Ingredients to make Potato Fondant
- 4 small potatoes
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper as per taste
- Some crushed basil leaves
- Paprika or chilli flakes can also be sprinkled bt i made it less spicy
- Oil for shallow fry.
- For Dip: Mayonnaise - 2 tsp
- 1 tsp - hung curd
- Finely chopped green onions
- Finely chopped some basil leaves
- Black Pepper to taste
