Ingredients to make Khatta Meetha Petha/Kaddu
- Petha/ -1/2 kg
- 2 tbsp
- -1 tsp
- -2 medium finely chopped
- paste -1 tsp
- - less than 1 tsp or acc to taste
- powder- less than 1/2 tsp or acc.to taste
- - 1/4 tsp (optional for this dish)
- Desi shakkar -3 tbsp / - 1 n half tbsp
- Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam for garnishing.
- Dhaniya (optional)
- White - 1 tsp
How to make Khatta Meetha Petha/Kaddu
My Tip:This dish turns equally good with sugar also. And u can pressure cook it also that takes 5 min after first whistle on slow flame. U can add dhaniya leaves too.
