How to make Nargisi Kofta

  1. In a pan add oil and fry the onions, tomatoes till the onion turns light pink. Turn off the gas and let it cool. Grind into a smooth paste.
  2. In a wok, add butter and fry kasturi methi, red chilli powder, the above paste. Fry till the oil separates out then add chopped coriander, garam masala powder and salt to taste.
  3. Add milk and/or water for the gravy. Depending upon the amount of gravy you want. Let it simmer.

  5. Make ball shape koftas and deep fry it.

My Tip:

If you don't want sweet khoya you can also use non sweet khoya or without khoya also you can make koftas with the help of potatoes and paneer.
