Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500g matten
  2. Mix masala made of (4 long , kali Mirch- 0.5tsp ,Tej patta -2, sinimon stick- 3,, black cardamom 2 pice , 1tbsp fennel seeds, green cardamom-t pieces)crush it in mixer for mix Masala
  3. Haldi 0.5tsp
  4. Salt per taste
  5. Ginger garlic paste 60 - 70g
  6. 2onion chopped
  7. Shahi jeera and simple jeera 1tsp for tadka.
  8. Curd -50g
  9. Javitri elachi powder 1/4tsp
  10. Daniya powder 2tbsp
  11. Kashmiri mirch 1tsp
  12. Dry ginger powder1/2tsp
  13. Desighee 2tbsp or more than 2tbsp as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take 500g matten. Wash it. Then make tadkha of jeera and shahi jeera as per given above in oil -2tbsp in a big pan and then put chopped onion make them golden yellow then put mix masala as made as above then haldi and ginger garlic paste.
  2. The after making tadkha. In tadkha put washed matten in it. Then put 50g curd. Mix it. Then put 1glass water. After 6mins put Haldi, salt as per taste ,daniya powder, Kashmiri mirch, javitri elachi powder, dry ginger powder, fennel seeds.
  3. Boil it for 25mins then put desighee and then boil it for more 5mins.
