Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated carrots 3bowls
  2. Mava 1/2bowl
  3. Sugar 1.5bowl
  4. Cardamom powder 1tsp
  5. Keshewnuts 8,10
  6. Desi ghee 3tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan and add mava saute it on low flame for 3 minutes take it down
  2. Now heat ghee add grated carrots and saute it till becomes dry
  3. Add sugar n cardamom powder mix well
  4. Saute it till it thickenadd mava mix well and saute for 5 minutes and when it leaves the sides of pan take it down
  5. Gajar halva ready garnish with Keshewnuts n serv
