Mango Potato Kebabs

Ingredients to make Mango Potato Kebabs

  • 1 Raw mango grated
  • 1 Potato boiled, grated
  • 2 to 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make Mango Potato Kebabs

  1. Take a bowl add grated mango, sprinkle salt on it to remove excess water, squeeze and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add grated boiled potatoes, add the mango, green chillies, cornflour, coriander and mix well.
  3. Give shape of tiki and either shallow or deep fry it. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Instead of frying, shallow fry.
