Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli one cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Oil one tablespoon
  5. mustard seeds Half tablespoon
  6. Cumin seeds half tablespoon
  7. Grated Ginger half tablespoon
  8. Grated carrot 1
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Green chilli 1
  12. Onion 1

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan and add pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes drains excess water
  2. Cool the cooked vermicelli
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves chopped onions grated Ginger and saute it for 1 min
  4. Add grated carrot chopped coriander leaves and saute it for one minute
  5. Cool down the mixture and add salt, curd and mix well
  6. Add cooked vermicelli and mix it gently
