ABOUT Roti Pizza RECIPE

Sometimes when leftover chapatis or Rotis are there, I turn them as pizza and in result no leftovers are anymore. With Italian seasonings and looks but with a desi touch. These Roti Pizza can be served as a snacks and as a mini meal spreading veggies and paneer over it.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2-3 ready chapatis or roti
  2. 1/2 of a green bell pepper cut into small cubes
  3. 1/2 of a red bell pepper cut into cubes
  4. 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  5. 10-15 pieces of paneer cubes
  6. 1/2 of yellow bell pepper cut into small cubes
  7. 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes
  8. 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings
  9. 1/3 tablespoon of oregano
  10. 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
  11. salt 1/4 tablespoon
  12. 1 onion cut into cubes
  13. 2 pods of garlic crushed
  14. 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of batter and sauté the vegetables, Paneer, onion, garlic with salt for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
  2. In a plate, take a roti and spread tomato ketchup over it. Spread some veggies and paneer over it and sprinkle some cheese and Italian seasonings over it. Cover with another chapati or roti and again spread ketchup, remaining veggies and cheese
  3. Spread some more Italian seasonings, little oregano and chilli flakes over it and microwave it for 30 seconds
  4. Cut and serve hot
  5. Enjoy the Desi Pizza with an Italian touch
