Mango Potato Masala wada

Ingredients to make Mango Potato Masala wada

  • 2 potatoes boiled, grated
  • 1 cup bengal gram dal soaked overnight
  • 4 to 5 green chillies
  • 1 piece ginger
  • Coriander chopped
  • 1 Raw mango grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp bengal gram flour

How to make Mango Potato Masala wada

  1. Soak the bengal gram in sufficient water and soak overnight.
  2. Grind bengal gram dal, ginger into fine paste.
  3. In a bowl, add grated mango, potatoes then add the prepared paste. Mix well and add salt, green chillies chopped, coriander chopped, bengal gram flour.
  4. Mix well and make wada shape by hand. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, deep fry the wadas. Serve hot.

My Tip:

If you wish, you can add peppercorns and chopped onions.
