    Ingredients to make Aloo Paratha

    • Boiled mashed potatoes 4oi
    • Green chilli n ginger paste 1tablespoon
    • Garlic paste 1teaspoon (optional)
    • Salt sugar n lemon juice as account of ur taste
    • Sesame seeds 2 teaspoon
    • Chopped coriander leaves 1cup
    • Fresh chopped mint leaves half cup
    • Chat masala half spoons
    • Garam masala 1teaspoon
    • Paratha dough :- wheat flour 1bowl salt n water.
    • Ghee or butter for serving
    • Ketchup or green chatni
    • Chopped Onion (rest in beetroot juice lemon juice n salt)

    How to make Aloo Paratha

    1. First of all make a dough for chapati n keep a side.
    2. In bowl mix mashed potatoes chilli garlic n ginger paste. Add sesame seeds, chat masala n garam masala too.
    3. Add salt sugar n lemon juice as ur taste. N also add fresh coriander n mint leaves.
    4. Mix properly all togather n make a bolls.
    5. Now make a chapati from dough n keep ball inside n make a paratha.
    6. Apply ghee or butter on it..... N serve with ketchup n green chatni .
    7. I used chopped onion for garnish in my way of serving.
    8. Happy cooking.
