About Tinde ki sabji Recipe

This tinda is freely available in the market. It is made without using tomato, it is blended wth spices green chillies, garlic combination.

Tinde ki sabji

Ingredients to make Tinde ki sabji

  • 5to 6 tinda chopped
  • 1sp oil
  • 3 big onions chopped
  • 1tbsp jeera
  • 8 to10 garlic pods
  • 4 to 5 green chillies
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp dhanya pd
  • 1tsp garam masala pd
  • coriander for garnish
  • 1 sp curds
  • 1tsp amchoor pd

How to make Tinde ki sabji

  1. In a pan add oil add chopped tinda add salt, turmeric keep stirring till soft. In a plate add chopped onions add the grounded paste ( garlic pods, jeera, green chillies ) mix well then add garam masala pd, dhanya pd, amchoor pd, mix well then add chopped coriander, then add it to the tinda an mix well . Then add curds , mix well

My Tip:

If you wish to have curds you can add, if you want less spicy reduce the green chillies.
