Coriander aloo

Ingredients to make Coriander aloo

  • 4 to 5 potatoes chopped
  • 1 cut fresh coriander chopped
  • 10 to 15 curry leaves chopped
  • 6 to 8 green chillies chopped
  • 1tsp ginger paste
  • 1tsp jeera
  • Pinch turmeric
  • 1tsp dhanya pd
  • 1tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 sp oil

How to make Coriander aloo

  1. Take a microwave bowl add chopped potatoes add 1sp oil and sprinkle salt an mix it. Keep it inside the oven for 2mins to cook.
  2. In a Kadai add oil fry jeera, curry leaves, green chillies, coriander,ginger paste mix well then add salt, turmeric pd, garam masala pd, dhanya pd, mix well then add the cooked potatoes and mix well

My Tip:

If u wish you can add curry leaves, and ginger . It is optional.
