Ingredients to make Yum fruit custard

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3 tbsp custard powder
  • Sugar 4 tsp
  • Cardamom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Apple, banana sliced and chopped 2 cups
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
  • 1 cup grapes (green or black)
  • Cherries to garnish

How to make Yum fruit custard

  1. Pour milk in a saucepan and start heating over medium heat.
  2. Combine custard powder and a little water in a small bowl.
  3. Add the mixture in boiling milk. Stir continously.
  4. Add sugar as the milk thickens.
  5. Remove from gas and allow it to cool.
  6. Add chopped fruits.
  7. Chill in fridge for half an hour.
  8. Serve garnished with cherries.
