ABOUT Mascarpone cheese RECIPE

Its an Italian cheese made from cream. Its a their traditional item used in many Italian dishes and very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Fresh cream -200 ml.
  2. Vinegar / tartaric acid/lemon juice-1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Put the cream into it n after 3-4 min cream starts boiling.
  3. At that time put the tartaric liquid in it.
  4. After 4-5 minutes the mixture begins to thicken.
  5. Turn off the gas .
  6. Let it cool for 15 min.
  7. Now take a bowl. Put a sieve on it and then a muslin cloth or cheese cloth on it.
  8. Pour the cream into it. N let it be for 12 hours in refrigerator.
  9. your mascarpone cheese is ready.
