ABOUT Yummy chocolate cake RECIPE

It is a recipe to make simple yet delicious cake.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cake mix 1/2 packet ( choco )
  2. Eggs 2 - 3
  3. Oil 2 tablespoon
  4. Icing sugar or powdered sugar 1 spoon
  5. Milk 1/4 th cup
  6. Semi sweet choclate bar ( hersheys used here)

Instructions

  1. Take two bowls and seperate egg white and yellow in these two bowls.
  2. Whisk egg white in a separate bowl till it becomes very foamy like soap lather.
  3. Whisk egg yellow in a separate bowl till it becomes very light and quite foamy.
  4. Then take another bowl takeout about half packet of any choco cake mix u prefer ( here i have used Pillsbury ) and add the whisked egg white and whisked egg yellow into the camemix. Add 1 tbsp oil for glaze and wisk the mixture well. If you find it quite thick then add little water to increase its consistency.
  5. Take your baking tray brush it with oil and dust with flour to prevent your cake from sticking. Pour the cake mixture in the tray. Now set your oven and preheat it at 180 degree Celsius.
  6. After pre-heating insert your tray in the oven and bake your cake for 25 - 30 min. You can check it by slightly inserting the knife at the centre of the cake if the cake mix doesnt stick to knife that means your cake is baked.
  7. Take it out and cool then melt the choclate bar and brush it on the cake and decorate your cake with gems or whatever you like.
  8. Your yummy choclate cake is ready to eat ! :blush:
