Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee residue 1 cup
  2. Sugar 3 tbsp
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Milk powder 4 tbsp
  5. Mix Dry fruits powder 1tbsp
  6. Cardamom powder 1tbsp
  7. Butterscotch Essence 1/4 tsp
  8. Ghee 2tsp
  9. Praline 5-6 nos
  10. Pista for garnishing
  11. Butterscotch sauce for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick Pan and add the ghee Residue in it
  2. Then add the milk, milk powder and powder sugar and stir it continuously till the consistency thickens.
  3. Then add ghee,dry fruits powder ,cardamom powder, butterscotch and again cook for 2 minutes
  4. Then grease the plate with ghee and add the hot mixture.
  5. Cool it down.
  6. After cooling cut into rectangular pieces and garnish with Pista flakes butterscotch sauce and praline
  7. It is ready.Could you ever think this leftover could be given such a beautiful makeover ?
