No Cook and No Bake Easy Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients to make No Cook and No Bake Easy Ice Cream Cake

  • 1 8-inch sponge cake
  • 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups softened peanut butter cups ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk or orange juice to moisten the cake
  • Chocolate sauce to drizzle over the cake ( as required)
  • 1/2 cup roasted and chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup strawberry sauce

How to make No Cook and No Bake Easy Ice Cream Cake

  1. Take the sponge cake and cut it into two equal cakes horizontally by a knife. Take a springform pan. Put one half of the cake inside the pan. Moisten it with milk or orange juice. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and roasted dry nuts.Add 2 cups of softened peanut butter cups ice cream over it. Spread it evenly.
  2. Now place the other remaining half cake over this vanilla ice cream layer. Moisten it again by milk or orange juice. Drizzle some chocolate sauce over the cake. Add 2 cups of softened vanilla ice cream and spread evenly over it. Add chopped walnuts over it.
  3. Refrigerate the springform pan in freezer atleast 2 hours or overnight until the cake is set.
  4. Take out the springform pan and run a butter knife around the edges to loosen the cake. Then remove the outer ring. The ice cream cake is ready. Cut a slice , pour some strawberry sauce over it and enjoy. Refrigerate the remaining .
