About Mangosu Recipe

Mango Tiramisu,an Italian dessert ,very creamy with mango chunks .Very very delicious.

Ingredients to make Mangosu

  • eggs -2
  • Mascarpone cheese-1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar- 1/4 cup to be used in egg whites and 2tbsp in yolks. U can add acc to your taste also.
  • Chocolate chips
  • Dry fruit (optional)
  • Fresh mango chunks
  • Biscuits - 5/6
  • mango juice - 1 cup

How to make Mangosu

  1. Separate the egg yolks and whites. Whisk the egg whites until it become foamy and form peaks.
  2. Add sugar and again whisk.whisk,whisk...
  3. Now take egg yolks. Whisk it. Add mascarpone cheese and whisk for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add sugar to it n whisk,whisk,whisk...
  5. Now mix yolk mixture with egg whites cream with a spatula thoroughly.
  6. Its time to assemble now. Take a glass. Put some biscuits chunks dipped in mango juice at the bottom .
  7. Now put the half mixture prepared. Now add some choco chunks and mango slices or chunks. Add few biscuits chunks dipped in mango juice. Now add the remaining mixture .
  8. Sprinkle the sweet choco powder .
  9. Lastly garnish with choco chips n some mango chunks at the top.
  10. The Mangosu is ready. Keep in refrigerator half an hour before u serve. N enjoy.
