Ingredients to make Sprouted moong kababs

  • 1 bowl green sprouted moong soaked overnight
  • 1 boiled potato
  • Salt to taste
  • 2to 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 sp coriander
  • 1tsp cornflour

How to make Sprouted moong kababs

  1. Grind the sprouted moong with little water , then remove it in a bowl then add grated potato, chopped green chillies, salt, carrot, cornflour , coriander mix well. Then give a shape of kababs, ana deep fry it.
