Ingredients to make Aloo tomatoes sabji

  • Boiled potato 2 chopped
  • tomatoes 2 chopped in square pieces
  • garlic chopped or paste 7/8
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • Garam masala (optional) half teaspoon
  • cumin seeds half spoon
  • hing pinch of
  • coriander powder 2teaspoon
  • salt as account of ur taste
  • oil 2 table spoon
  • Curry patta 7/8
  • fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • water 1glass full

How to make Aloo tomatoes sabji

  1. Take a kadai and heat the oil. Now add cumin seeds first , then add hing and curry patta, saute well.
  2. Now add chopped garlic and chilli in it. Now add all masala like turmeric powder chilli powder coriander powder salt garam masala, mix all.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes , add water and put on lid for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add crumbled potato with the help of your hand. Don't cut them into pieces for thick gravy.
  5. Cover 5 minutes . now sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves n serve hot.
