Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. two packets of Maggi pazzta Masala Penne
  2. for marinara sauce
  3. one tablespoon olive oil
  4. one tablespoon finally chopped garlic
  5. 1/4 cup finally chopped onion
  6. 3/4 cup blanched and chopped tomatoes
  7. salt to taste
  8. half teaspoon dried Basil
  9. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  10. fresh basil leaves 4-5
  11. 4 eggs
  12. half cup boiled water
  13. cheese as per your choice

Instructions

  1. BOIL MAGGIE PAZZTA MASALA PENNE ( 2 PACKETS) TILL AL DENTE
  2. STRAIN IT
  3. FOR MARINARA SAUCE:- HEAT ONE TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
  4. ADD 1 TBSP GARLIC AND COOK UNTIL BROWN
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP FINALLY CHOPPED ONION AND COOK UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  6. ADD 3/4 BLANCHED AND CHOPPED TOMATOES
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER POWDER, 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL AND SALT TO TASTE
  8. MARINARA SAUCE IS READY ADD BOILED PAZZTA
  9. IN A BOWL, ADD 2 PACKETS OF TASTEMAKER AND 1/2 CUP OF BOILED WATER, MIX WELL
  10. AND IN PAZZTA AND MIX WELL
  11. TRANSFER IN A BAKING DISH
  12. CRACK THE EGGS ONE BY ONE INTO THE YOUR DISH
  13. SPRINKLE OVER CHEESE
  14. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
  15. COOK AT 200OC FOR AROUND 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL AS SET AS DESIRED
  16. REMOVE THE PAN FROM THE OVEN
  17. SPRINKLE WITH FRESH BASIL AND SERVE.
