Ingredients to make Creamy Fruit Trifle

  • I litre creamy Full milk
  • 4 tablespn Vanilla custard powders Fosters brand is best if possible
  • I piece pear ,1 apple,1 chickoo ,1 Alphonso Mango
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1small tetra pack of thick cream

How to make Creamy Fruit Trifle

  1. Boil milk well.
  2. Add custard powder to half cup cold milk nd mix well.
  3. Now add this slowly to boiled milk on stove low flame and keep stirring continuously.
  4. Cook stirring to avoid lumps fr 15min.
  5. Remove in serving bowl take a transparent one so as to see layers and presentation.
  6. Cool and refrigerate.
  7. Now cut fruit small and layer each on the cooled custard either mix all or thin layer of each fruit separate.
  8. Top it with mango nd then nozzle out the cream in basket weave or circles to make dome.
  9. Enjoy for dessert .
