  • potatoes 5
  • Fresh mint 1/4 cup
  • fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  • Green chillis 2
  • amchur powder 1.5 tsp
  • Redchilli pwdr. 1 tsp
  • turmeric pwdr. 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste or sendha namak for vrat
  • cumin seed. 1 tsp
  • ghee. 2 tbsp
