Bedmi kachori

Ingredients to make Bedmi kachori

  • Soaked chanaa daal 200 gm
  • Wheat flour dough with a little oil and salt
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped onion one medium
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make Bedmi kachori

  1. In a pan add 2 tsp oil and add channa daal a little water and cook till water evaporates.
  2. Grind the cooked daal, make small balls of wheat dough.. fill daal mixture roll it and deep fry.
