Ingredients to make Crispy potato

  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • Semolina 150 gm
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp
  • Oil as required

How to make Crispy potato

  1. Cut boiled potatoes in to slices, arrange in a plate add semolina, add chilli powder salt to it mix well. Now coat potato slices in semolina in a non stick pan add a tsp of oil, shallow fry the slices from both sides.
