Ingredients to make Yakhni Gosht Pulao
- 750 gms Basmati pulao rice or tukda basmati rice
- 650 to 750 gms mutton
- 250 gms chana dal
- Half kg potatoes
- Half kg onions
- 200 GM Curd
- 2to3 tblspoon ginger garlic paste
- 3-4 green chillies and corriander
- Salt to taste pepper nd garam masala powder
- Condiments : whole cardomom black n green few ,bay leaves,cinnamon sticks 2-3,Cloves ,Black pepper whole few
- Nutmeg, mace and badaam phool
- Oil to fry potatoes and saute onions
- Ghee for pulao
- Water enough to cook rice
