About Masoor dal pakoras Recipe

Pakoras made of masoor daal is easily digested as its light in nature. As the daal is full of protiens, its a great snack esp. for the kids when they dont want to have daals.

Masoor dal pakoras

Ingredients to make Masoor dal pakoras

  • 150 gms Dhuli masoor daal
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • 2-3 green chilli chopped
  • salt
  • Handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • Handful of palak , chopped(optional)
  • oil for frying

How to make Masoor dal pakoras

  1. Wash the dal. Grind it. Try to keep it little coarse. Keep it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Put chopped onions, chilli, coriander, palak and adjust salt according to taste.
  3. Fry it till golden color. Serve hot with ketchup.
