Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes- 5
  2. Onions- 2
  3. Tomatoes- 4
  4. garlic- 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger- 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chillies-2
  7. peas- 1 cup shelled
  8. Salt acc to taste
  9. Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
  10. Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chillies- 1
  12. Fresh cream- 2 tbsp
  13. Semolina - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Boil peas.
  3. Grind onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and make a thick paste.
  4. Take a pan, add this grinded paste.
  5. Saute....add the mentioned spices and saute till it leaves oil, add water and make a thick gravy, later add some fresh cream.
  6. Take boiled peas, grind it nicely
  7. Add salt and black pepper.
  8. Take potatoes and case it with the peas layer gently.
  9. Roll it in semolina.
  10. Deep fry on high medium flame.
  11. Once done add them in gravy prepared.
  12. Serve it either by dipping full pieces or making them half.

You didnt mention about peas paste.. how to make it how to apply it on potatos..can you please share it
