Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup thin vermicelli ( sewiyan)
  2. 3/4cup condensed milk
  3. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 2 tbs crushed almond
  5. 2 tbs crushed pistachio
  6. 1 tbs crushed pistachio
  7. 2 tbs ghee.

Instructions

  1. Heat nonstick pan.
  2. Add ghee.
  3. Add sewiyan,roast till light brown.
  4. Add nuts.
  5. After add condensed milk.
  6. Mix well,and cook 1/2 minutes.
  7. After remov from the pan,and set in a dish.
  8. After 5 minutes, cut pieces and serve.
