Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 chicken breast
  2. 1/2tsp salt
  3. 1/2tsp freshly grounded pepper
  4. 1tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
  5. 1/2tsp paprika
  6. 2tsp butter
  7. 2tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breast with the things mentioned above except butter and olive oil for 2 hours.
  2. Heat a frying pan, add butter and olive oil and fry the chicken breast in full flame for 2-3mins or until the colour changes to brown, then slow the flame and cook the breast covered for 3-4mins turning occasionally.
  3. Remove the lid and cook for another 5-7mins or until the chicken is cooked.
