Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 large potatoes
  2. One small onion
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
  6. 1 egg
  7. Butter 25 gm
  8. Olive oil 5 tbs

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
  2. Add salt and paprika, mix well and squeeze as much as possible.
  3. Now in a non stick pan add olive oil and put all the grated mix, spread well
  4. Now add butter for a good crispy and brown colour.
  5. Let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes, take a plate and put over a pan and flip the hash brown now and cook on the other side too. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes on this side too Fry an egg in a pan put over hash brown potatoes and eat with bread.
