Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rawa
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  4. Leftover rice..1 small bowl
  5. Leftover veg..1 small bowl
  6. Grated bottle gourd..1 small bowl
  7. Ginger,garlic,green chilli paste..1 sp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Sugar..2 sp
  10. Sesame seeds. 2 to 3 sp
  11. Turmeric powder..1/2 sp
  12. Red chilli powder..1/2 sp
  13. Lemon juice
  14. Cumin seeds..1 sp
  15. Oil..1 tbsp
  16. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine leftover rice and vegetable with grated bottle gourd.
  2. Add 3 flours.
  3. Add ginger,garlic,green chill.
  4. Add all spices.
  5. Knead the flour,add water if required.Dough should be loose and soft.
  6. Keep the steamer on the gas.
  7. Make muthia and grease the plate ,transfer muthia on plate.
  8. Steam for 10 minutes and then cut them into roundels.
  9. Place a big karahi on flame,add oil, sesame seeds,cumin seeds,and spices.
  10. Add muthia and saute it.
  11. Add lemon juice.
  12. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
  13. Muthia are ready.
